"Clean room"

"Tv channel isn’t what it says on the chart they give you so watch out for that :) overall I enjoyed my stay"

"Really nice place to stay, nice restaurant (the chef knew what he was doing) and nice bar (the bartender knew what she was doing). The shuttle to ONT was a Lyft cab (no charge to me). The room was very nice but had only a limited number of electrical outlets."

"Staff did nothing after the room next to us was blasting music. She apparently called but after the music only got louder. We ending up leaving and it wasn't until we were out the door and i mentioned she didn't even offer a different room and then she said"

"The amenities were nice, breakfast was good, they have a shuttle to Disneyland, but the room conditions were not great."

"Rooms were nice n clean. I didn’t like one elevator was down so u had to wait awhile"

"The shuttle was parked at the front driveway for 24 hours blocking the main entrance. This makes it difficult to unload and load their luggages ! Esp if you have elderly or disability. The only server in the Breakfast was not changing her gloves after cleaning the tables . She would wipe the tables then handle food like touching the grated cheese and other food then serve it to the guests. This is such a violation for proper food handling . The manager addressed it immediately when we told her about it according to her . "
