★★★★☆ (4/5) — Great Hotel, Frustrating Expedia Booking** I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Diamond Bar (IHG) and the hotel itself was excellent — clean, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location for exploring the LA area. No complaints at all about the property or the service on-site. My only issue was with the booking through Expedia. I was charged CA $214.06 for a single night, and breakfast was not included as part of the reservation, which wasn't made clear upfront. I'd recommend double-checking what's actually included before booking through a third party — the hotel deserves 5 stars, but the third-party booking experience brought it down a notch. Would happily stay at this Holiday Inn again, just booking directly next time to avoid any surprises.
