We didn’t have any issues. It was actually a wonderful stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely friendly made you feel comfortable as well as providing delicious breakfast for you. Room was very clean. Definitely bathroom needs a little refresh but it wasn’t terrible. I felt like the staff who clean your rooms took a little while to get us some towels. we had to ask a few times before we got them. overall, we had the best stay and no complaints. Very convenient for my family and I.

Free drinks, pool was super cold. Hot tub was nice. Bath tub was so clogged, they fixed it but then hot water stopped working. They did switch us rooms to "fix it". Made to order omlettes were delicious.

The rooms needed to be remodeled. The furniture did not work well, the safe was broken, the floors were dirty. They also did not provide the right amount of towels daily. On the other hand, it was quiet, the front staff was kind and tried to tend to one’s request, and the breakfast was good.

This place was great! Excelltservice from all staff members at all times! The lobby was clean, room and pool areas were clean. Only reason for not going a full 5 stars across the board was when we tried calling the front desk after 930pm for extra blankets, there was no answer. We tried calling multiple time over a 30 minute period even reached out to housekeeping with no answer Overall good experience I would recommend this place for sure
