"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand. "

"I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"

"Very bad stay 1. I reached to hotel at 9:00 PM and was very tired. The hotel receptionist, even with out checking asked me to cancel the Booking by Hotels.com, as he said that they would not have received the payment 2. He asked me to cancel and pay and claim the cancellation refund from Hotels.com later 3. I said I had booked hotel 4 days prior to my journey 4.
