"I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. "Staid at this hotel while doing Peru Hop. Booked through expidia though as price was better. Hotel was in a good location lots of resturants to walk to. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late. "

"The staff at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the rooms warm and the water hot. The location can not be better, walking distance to Plaza de Armas. The view from the restaurant looks over the Lake and the city. Terrific buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here for five days. The breakfast each morning was probably my favorite part. I loved the fresh fruit and drink options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and kept clean. Also there was a shower door that closed! I was sad to leave. We had a great stay."

"Sadly very over priced and a disappointing experience. Cons: The rooms are low quality construction. Bathroom doors are plywood with no handles. Little to no insulation and no heating for very cold nights. Door ways are low and bedding whilst clean is cheap and very heavy. Our evening meal was inedible.
