"Booked a room with a double bed. Got there and we had four beds in the room which took up all the space. Reception told is they had a bigger group before so the room stayed that way and they could not offer us the room we booked. Room smelled very badly, window could not be closed. Don‘t let them fool you with the nice balcony on the picture, ours was absolutely not the same. Do not go there."

We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. "Marcello was very friemdly and professional. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Nothing was overly worn or in poor repair. The bed is comfortable and the room offers good space. The shower is clean, with ample hot water. The street is close to many sights and restaurants. There is a little traffic noise but nothing that will interfere with sleep!"

"Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee and could easily buy coffee pods and water for the machine. The staff is fabulous!"
