Only thing was that the heating wasn't strong enough but probably this is a situation in all hotels, and still we had around 21° temperature in the room which is ok . Everything else is just perfect! Clean,massive bed,geat location, coffee machine wirh coffee and tea-every day filled up, perfect bathroom, lift- literally everything! I'm very pleased "

"I really enjoyed our stay, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and really nice rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was good with enough choice and flexibility for kids. The hotel was clean and well taken care of but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms since I found some hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. Still, great place to stay and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location, but parking is about 5-7 minutes away and when lugging the luggage it isn't so convenient. Also, accessibility is an issue. Stairs only, be prepared for dragging / carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs. BUT I will book again because everything else was amazing!!!"

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

"They were happy to give us ice for our water at the bar. Breakfast was very good and well worth the price. The only thing I can say that is a little negative is that I don't understand why Europe hotels do not have washcloths. I use a washcloth everyday of my life except in Europe where you can't get one in a hotel for some strange reason."

"What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"We loved our stay st this hotel and its close location to the Markthem food hall. The beds were overall comfy. We wished for a small refrigerator but otherwise the amenities were fine. The bathroom had what looked like urine in places and smelled strongly of urine and had hairs so it wasn't cleaned. The cleaning crew made alot of noise each morning which made sleeping in difficult.
