Great heating, great wifi, great hot water. I liked all the details they put into this hotel and my wife liked it too. I could even see the hotel from Morro do Elefante which was cool!"

Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. "Hospedagem dentro do esperado, acesso a pousada é bom até os últimos 200 metros, que são de terra e com muitas pedras grandes no caminho, acredito que seja ruim em dias chuvosos, que não foi meu caso. Pousada fica numa região tranquila, arborizada, café da manhã muito bom, bem variado, quarto bom e com roupas para o frio, tudo dentro do normal. Único ponto negativo foi uma cobrança de R$ 10 a meu ver indevida, há na pousada um pequeno balcão com 2 garrafas de pinga que parecia de cortesia, tomei...

There are protocols in place for a safe and virus free environment. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mattress was extremely (too) firm. "

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
