"Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable; good shower as well and yummy breakfast. The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite. One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! "A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options."

"Beautiful hotel but a little hard to find and deal with. Probably better for Italians than Americans. Wonderful breakfast and comfortable room. We could not locate the parking and the lady seemed shocked that we had a car. The car got stuck in more than one alleyway while attempting to find the hotel, so hopefully if you go, you have a very small car."

"well I didn t stay there long one day in a half, because my daugther got her bag stolen in rome (bus depot) and I had to cut short my stay in Cupra ,the time to go back in rome to get her a new passport, however the time I spent there was very nice and the staff was very friendly and the driver of the shuttle bus was very friendly also."
