3 Star Hotels in Rouen, Normandy

"Good location, next to the river, restaurants etc. Close to the old town as well so easy to commute by foot. There was a parking as well however it was €12 per night, which I thought should be free if you are a hotel guest. Rooms were clean and for the price I could not complain about anything. The only let down I would say was breakfast. No fruits, no veggies, no condiments like ketchup etc. It was super basic and I dont even know if its worth the money even if its cheap enough. You might be well better with a fresh baguette sandwich from a local boulangarie."

"Used this as a one night lay over place , quite centrally located , just a few minutes walk from the river . Hotel is quite modern , clean and functional, as was the small double room we had, the bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot . Overall it was an ok cheap , clean one night stop with no frills ! "

"The location is out of the main attractions and you need to pay for parking lot 8euros for day, that it s expensive. Same about breakfast 12.50 for a basic continental. The staff was really nice and helpful. It would ne nice to upgrade tv with smart tv."
