"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "

"This hotel was Fantastic! TIP: if you are driving, there is a 15 min parking spot immediately to the right of the front door in the alley so you can check in and get instructions to the parking garage. Streets are narrow so do not upsize your rental vehicle! The hotel is in a perfect spot next to a small square where you can have a coffee and breakfast. Easy walking to every attraction you’d like to see, but to save some foot fatigue, you can take a bus or Uber to Alhambra. The hotel was...
