Only thing was that the heating wasn't strong enough but probably this is a situation in all hotels, and still we had around 21° temperature in the room which is ok . Everything else is just perfect! Clean,massive bed,geat location, coffee machine wirh coffee and tea-every day filled up, perfect bathroom, lift- literally everything! I'm very pleased "

"I really enjoyed our stay, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and really nice rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was good with enough choice and flexibility for kids. The hotel was clean and well taken care of but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms since I found some hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. Still, great place to stay and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"They were happy to give us ice for our water at the bar. Breakfast was very good and well worth the price. The only thing I can say that is a little negative is that I don't understand why Europe hotels do not have washcloths. I use a washcloth everyday of my life except in Europe where you can't get one in a hotel for some strange reason."

"What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"Great stay at Emma Hotel. Perfectly located next the Depot Museum, the Central Train Station to go around and walking distance to the waterbus. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"The property's proximity to Efteling is great! Perfect to spend a day at the park then unwind at the hotel's various lounges and restaurants with excellent staff! It's easy to get to and from Hotel de Kroon and the GuestHouse hotel. Overall we had a great stay!"

"Everything was fine apart from the luggage storage after we checked out. We were not leaving until later in the afternoon so left our luggage and went out for the day. The luggage was left in an unsecured unit which anyone could access which was quite concerning. Luggage should be stored in a more secure place if possible. "

"We loved our stay st this hotel and its close location to the Markthem food hall. The beds were overall comfy. We wished for a small refrigerator but otherwise the amenities were fine. The bathroom had what looked like urine in places and smelled strongly of urine and had hairs so it wasn't cleaned. The cleaning crew made alot of noise each morning which made sleeping in difficult. "Not expensive and quiet location with helpful professional staff. A little bit out of the centre, but plenty of places within short walking distance, eg Pelgrim Delfshaven, Parqiet near Euromast, Bakeleit bar, Dahlak east african food. All brilliant."

"Older building. Clean and comfortable. No food service except breakfast. Staff very helpful and attentive. No elevator for those needing assist. Parking in rear of building is reserved for hotel and private residents. Super market approximately one city block away. Nearest restaurant/pub is Merz approximately 20 minutes walk away from hotel. "Staff very friendly, great location to the main railway station, bed comfy, shower very good. Unique hotel inside. Room is basic, no television or kettle etc. Marks/damage on the walls of the room. It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "
