"Pros: I had a very good stay in the hotel. Very clean thanks to the cleaning ladies they organized everything in the room like a 5 star hotel everyday. The breakfast was very good. Lawrence in the breakfast area gave guests very good customer service. The hotel located very close to the ferry and bus station. Cons: the only thing that made me disappointed was the poor wifi connection, I literally could connect to the wifi for about 10 mins daily and get disconnected after. I shared this problem...

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "I agonized about which area of St. Moritz to stay in. As we were there to ski, I chose this ski in and out property to maximize our one full day on the slopes. I couldn't have chosen better. Our double room was perfect. Also, we speak Italian, so we were pleasantly surprised to find out the gregarious, very personable owner and his staff were Italian. Like the saying goes, "it's not a party if it's not at Salastrains"... It was definitely a party! Grazie mille Signor Grillo dell'ospitalità...
