"Our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment was extremely dusty throughout, including the blinds, surfaces, even closet hangers, light switches, lamps and air-conditioning units. The AC/heating unit in the bedroom did not work at all, and the unit in the living room was so dusty that we could not use it due to dust sensitivities. As a result, climate control was very limited, and the living space was uncomfortable to use. Basic guest supplies were also...

"Clean, ideal and easy stay. Would stay again. The apartment manager stayed in regular contact and was available to us if we needed anything at all. Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too. The Apartment doesnt have parking, however there is a free overnight zone behind the building which was very easy, or 24/7 paid secure parking across the street."

"We attended Melbourne for the airshow. The weather was in the high 30s nearly 40 degrees. The air con did not work. Reported day one. Handyman unable to attend the first night so no air on with a night temp high 20s low 30s.handyman attended late arvo 2nd night and couldn't fix. Stated problem between owner of unit and building. 2 night stay with little to no sleep due to heat. The owner did attend and buy us icecream and put a fan in the room though which was nice. "
