"Great location, right next to tram stop for a short trip to Melbourne CBD, St Kilda and Chapel Street. The property was clean and quiet with a beautiful infinity pool and gym. Excellent communication from host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"Charming and tranquil, we had a perfect overnight stay. "

"Perfect location, very clean and comfortable just a bit noisy which I guess can’t be helped. "

"Pleasant experience "

"Our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment was extremely dusty throughout, including the blinds, surfaces, even closet hangers, light switches, lamps and air-conditioning units. The AC/heating unit in the bedroom did not work at all, and the unit in the living room was so dusty that we could not use it due to dust sensitivities. "Clean, ideal and easy stay. Would stay again. The apartment manager stayed in regular contact and was available to us if we needed anything at all. Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too. The Apartment doesnt have parking, however there is a free overnight zone behind the building which was very easy, or 24/7 paid secure parking across the street."

"For value for money dont bother. The room was too expensive for the quality of the room. Dated, dingy basic. Wont be back."

"My husband and I had to stay somewhere close to the Alfred as my husband had to have a MRI . We were upgraded from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse . The penthouse was clean and we had a awesome stay . Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to COVID 19 but Roscos delivered to the door . Will definitely going back to the Mantra hopefully under better circumstances."

"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

"Spotless, pleasant, modern boarding house type accommodation. Highly recommended. "

"This is NOT a hotel but a Chinese Airbnb style business. Great room but check in was offered within a 2hr window and no hotel style devices are available."
