"There is no off street parking and hard to get close to property when trying to unload. We arrived late traveling from Adelaide no lighting at all at entrance. Entrance itself was very dirty and a lot of spiders. - Coffee Machine was filthy- No top Sheet on bet.- Mattress on bed was a double with a Queen base- Balconies were very dirty with a lot of cob webs and spiders.- No Physical guest Book.- No TV Remote for Free to Air TV - So could only watch movies etc.- Only one capsule for the dish...

"The main room door cannot be locked. Well secured parking at the basement. Easy access to the apartment. Smart TV is available with Netflix. Able to do laundry and cooking. Near to supermarket, St Kilda Pier, Brighton Beach and to the city! "

"Well located and property matched description. However there is no parking, all street parking and very difficult to find a spot at night.When we arrived we found the aircon had been set at 16c by the previous occupant and it did not cool the lounge area. Bedrooms were OK. Upon inspection it appeared as if the main unit had not been serviced for a very long time, filters were clogged with leaves and debris. Also needs a regas. Contacted Property Manager who was suggesting that we were not...
