"Well located and property matched description. However there is no parking, all street parking and very difficult to find a spot at night.When we arrived we found the aircon had been set at 16c by the previous occupant and it did not cool the lounge area. Bedrooms were OK. Upon inspection it appeared as if the main unit had not been serviced for a very long time, filters were clogged with leaves and debris. Also needs a regas. Contacted Property Manager who was suggesting that we were not...

"We had a lovely time at this little apartment. The apartment is just big enough for two people, had a great kitchen and living area. Excellent location, quick and easy walk to Main Street and Elwood Beach. Only downside was the bed was uncomfortable, found sleeping on the couch much more enjoyable!"
