We couldn’t get a hold of the hotel to confirm check in (as mention on our itinerary it was essential to do) however none of the numbers provided worked, finally got thru via email and I was told someone would be there at 5. We arrived at 3 hoping we could get checked in only to be told by a lady eating chips on the porch that they “decided 3pm would be too early so changed it to 5pm but on your booking it will still say 3...
