"Ducey Best Western was a great stay. The staff were polite, courteous, helpful and patient with our language barrier. We had a AMAZING dinner on our first night prepared by their in-house chef. Our second-floor window opened on to the river which was picturesque. The village itself is small and quiet, with cafes, bars, restaurants and groceries walking distance from the hotel. Great location within walking distance of the town square and other attractions. Only a short drive (20 min) to Mt St Michele. Clean and modern amenities. Just be patient looking for a parking spot near the hotel."

"We were there for a week half board. On checking in we were asked about any food issues and the menu reflected the wish for no mussels. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, including the Monday "tray meal". All the waiting staff and room cleaners were very polite and efficient. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and both spoke excellent English. The car was accommodated in their gated parking area with a clear sign indicating our slot. We couldn't wish for a more...

"The room had stairs inside which was cool! It was clean and the staffs were kind. The breakfast was decent. In and around the hotel there were basic shops and restaurants, easy access to bus stops to Abbey. "

"We had dinner and breakfast on property. Dinner was excellent. The room and bathroom were a good size for us. We were traveling from Paris to Mont St Michel and this was a great location. Staff were great."

"The breakfast was very good, if expensive (welcome to France). After multiple trips to breakfast restaurants to eat bread and coffee, having eggs and bacon was a real treat. Yes I am from Canada. Shower was new and relatively roomy. Small room, but well layed out, and we enjoyed 2 twin beds."

"The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."
