"Nice hotel "

"Room was great but getting to and from the airport was not straightforward as we arrived and departed at times the shuttle bus was not running, which was virtually anytime later morning or in the afternoon. Not convenient for us."

"It’s a little bit of a walk from the last train station but a nice hotel with most all amenities nearby. The do a free bus shuttle at regular intervals to Haneda Airport which was very convenient and orderly."

The Omori Station was very close by and there's a ton to do there, not just take the train. Food, shopping, everything. The room was comfortable and the tv position was great. I liked the yukuta. It was my first one ever. The onsen was great."

"Friendly staff and close to Haneda airport which we could access easily after quite a late flight in. The room was too small for 3 adults. We barely were able to open our luggage. Since we were only staying 1 night to sleep, not much to complain about the size."

"The hotel is in the business district, but it is a block from the subway that takes you to the Minatomirai station in one direction and Yokohama Station in the other (both one stop away for 200Y). Motomachi shopping area is 2 stops away. The hotel rooms are larger than most hotels."

"The room was great, very spacious and well-suited to a family. In particular, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - this point alone would make me stay again. However, the one letdown in the room was the fridge - it is actually set at too low a temperature, so anything left overnight starts to freeze. A bit strange. Also, when checking in, the staff member asked me for some kind of "token" for my baggage, which was supposed to match a token he had in his possession. I had no idea...

"I love how it’s located on the river which is lined with cherry blossoms which our stay happens to be during blooming season. It is a quick 2 minute walk to Koganecho station for convenience and many shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms were nice and convenient to have a 4 bed bedroom for the family. The only complaint is there are only 2 washers and dryers on the 2nd floor which is shared by customers, but no other issues I have with the stay. The staff is nice and the breakfast buffet...
