Great hotel!

Friendly staff, excellent room, great buffet breakfast, easy access to Haneda airport and when good for staying in Tokyo as it's close to Shinagawa station and you're not in a crazy busy area but there's also lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great stay overall! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — there’s a FamilyMart right next door, a 7-Eleven across the street, and even a laundromat within walking distance, which made our stay super convenient. The area felt safe and easy to navigate, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again for the location and convenience alone.

Our second stay at Omori Tmark because we had such a pleasant experience the first time. Great location for convenience and access to train line, stores and restaurants, all for a very competitive and affordable cost. Breakfast buffet is also reasonable and high quality. Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling.
