The staff is very attentive. The personal care amenities are amazing. Our room was a bit dusty. We needed to rinse off and dust off a few things. The dust behind the television was very thick. Otherwise, things were clean.

Really lovely hotel with style, beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. Convenient location near to several metro stations. We didn't have the breakfast buffet -it seemed very expensive- but there are lots of convenience stores nearby at which you can pick something up.
