No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS). Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast."

"Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice. "

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
