"Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor. Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee. Labels were there without any movement for 2 days. Not really complain but feedback for more improvement"

Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office.
