"We stayed at the Riu with a large group of friends. The resort property is huge, and I think everyone found a space that suited them. We were disappointed we couldn’t swim in the ocean, because the pools got so busy. The resort was exceptionally clean and staff took great care of our room. All staff seemed friendly and outgoing. Food was what we expected. Overall a good stay!"

"The rooms were very clean, the staff everywhere were so friendly! They all worked very hard, and yet always happy and so willing to treat you like royalty! My only small complaint were the amount of birds around the outdoor tables at the buffet, I know a hard thing to control, but if dishes were left to long, the birds would swarm! I also noticed them on the servers station on the water jugs ect. But I must say, the food was excellent! We were there with our family, including a 15 and 16 year old, tuff age, but they found not any others in there age group, possibly the time of year? We were there after spring break. Overall, an amazing place, and we plan on returning!"

"Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. They are serious about their check-in policy. We got there hours before check-in, they would not let us check in earlier then the check in time. The staff are very nice. This is nice quiet Resort."

"We have stayed here many times. Service was great when we first stayed many years ago and then it declined, last year I debated whether to come back. This year I can say that the service was very much improved. They now have an 18% service charge added to all food and beverage orders and maybe that is part of how they have retained a better staff but in any event it was much improved over the past few years and I am OK with the built in service charge if that's what fixed it. The facility has always been great, glad the service is back on track."

"Have stayed at a few all inclusives. The property was clean but the pool had a lot of sunscreen and drinks spilled in it. The staff had a hard time keeping food and dishware available for the buffet and the room was quite small for a family of 4. Otherwise, it was a nice pleasant stay and everything seemed to be in working order. The valet was great helping get taxis to various locations."
