"Excellent room. If you are traveling with baby and have stroller stay in building 7, as it’s the only one with an elevator. Food was great for an all inclusive. Cristina was great at the front desk. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. TV in living room was in english, TV in bedroom was in Spanish, same channel and time, that was annoying. Beds were not great. Food was mediocre, pretty much the same every day"

"We had the most wonderful experience during our one-week stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so humble, always ready to help, and greeted us warmly every single day. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. The private beach was a highlight — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The pools were also very well maintained, which made spending time there even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and offered great quality. However, it would be amazing if they could introduce a few new cuisines to create a more exclusive and diverse dining experience. Overall, it was the best time spent. We created such beautiful memories here and would definitely love to come back again!"

"Very nice hotel, very spacious rooms BUT we were on a floor that had a bar on it and it was noisy throughout the night, other than that the pools were nice and clean and the beach was steps away"
