"Everyone is really nice but down at the beach Julio helped us every day and he is very nice. Very helpful and friendly and that’s why I requested him every day. Another guy down by the beach named Angel was very helpful "

"We stayed in villa 1 and were close to the main area pool and restaurants / buffets . The rooms were cleaned everyday ac was great and balcony had a great view . Only downside is we were top floor and there’s no elevator ! Loved all the activities morning through to the end of the night too . Will come here again "

"Manny was really amazing and made our week so special. We arrived to a room that was not up to standard and he stepped in to help us. Not only did he get us a better room but he worked hard all week to make sure we had the best time. He checked in daily, made reservations for cabanas and restaurants and even bowling for us. If it weren’t for Manny, our week would have been not the same. He’s the best!"
