"Spacious house was great for relaxing with kids after hot days at the beach or pool. Would recommend renting a car or golf cart as it is not walkable to anything. The pool was closed but we got access to Hotel Indigo’s pool, which was great. The resort also has restaurants and a small market, though I would recommend getting groceries in town as the market is very limited and more expensive. Staff at the resort were all very nice and accommodating. Would definitely book again."

"Conveniently located close to everything. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful and property was very clean ! No gym … that was a miss! We had a medical emergency and had to leave 2 nights earlier than expected but the hotel only agreed to reimburse us for 1 night. That was just unjustifiable and certainly disappointing. Not going back there !!! If you don’t honor your guests you will not get any loyalty…. Make money short term to lose it long term."

"The staff...If there was a 6-star choice I would have given it. The front desk people were always there to help me with my needs. The building is well maintained and the house keeping was very good. "My girlfriend and I were there for a long weekend and relaxing stay… and this hotel did not disappoint! Very quiet, relaxing and well maintained rooms. The weather was hot but the rooms AC blasted cold air. The staff and receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Location is in fact a few walking minutes from El Malecón. Overall great stay, worth the price… we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it."

"First time staying in rooms made from a container which are nice but tight on space it was just enough for myself for a couple would be cramped quarters. The location is amazing, loved the pool. Didn't dine at the restaurant but I asked them for and gladly gave me some. They didn't clean my space the first night might have been some misunderstanding but the next day they did. AC works good the only thing I did not like is how uncomfortable the beds were. I had an issue with Netflix on the TV which was unfortunate. They have Wi-Fi but it doesn't work all that great. I did have the one lowest of the property which is good because you're isolated but it's kind of less taking care of down there and their fire pit isn't really maintained they don't turn it on and the cushions for it obviously I'll run down because of the sun and dirt."
