Except one thing: they were pushy with going to attend a presentation for their “membership”. We clearly told them no several times but the person kept pushing it. That was the only negative experience. "

"We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay here again."
