"We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay here again."

"The unit was clean and conveniently located on the ground floor. We came for a surfing vacation and had a great time. You can walk to three different surf breaks when you stay here, and our favorite break was located right in front of this unit!"
"The property was dated and the online pictures were not representative of the actual condition of the property. The bathrooms/showers were very dirty upon arrival. (We had our own housekeeper come in to clean for us during our stay). One of the rooms actually had swimsuit panty liners stuck on the walls of the closet.Our second night we came back to the property and there was no water.. this issue was resolved the following day but was very inconvenient for the 8 people staying there. We were unaware of The construction next door, which was very noisy.Our concierge was very responsive and helped to resolve all issues in a timely manner. "
