"Everything was really great. The property was super comfortable, new towels, kitchen totally equipped and everything was very well maintained. The view was spectacular. I was very impressed not just with the unit itself and how well stocked it was, but how well the property in general was cared for. The maintenance and security people were present daily and doing things like skimming the pool for leaves, straightening chairs, etc. Everyone was super friendly and polite. We had a small issue upon arrival with the water not being on but the owners got it resolved almost immediately, so they were very responsive. I also loved that they had books available by one of my favorite authors. Would love to stay here again soon!"

"Our stay at Kimberly’s beautiful casa was so much more than we had expected! Kimberly is a very warm and generous host and made our stay 5 stars all the way around. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious terrace patio as our main living area the entire stay-morning, daytime and evening! The terrace is well-shaded in areas necessary for staying out of the hot sun but open in areas to sun on lounge chairs. The ocean view is spectacular! Inside, it was spacious, clean, well stocked and cooled by air conditioning when needed. We only wish we had booked here longer! Thank you Kimberly. "

"Roger the host was amazing,communication was prompt and very informative.Condo complex was very relaxing and property was very well maintained.Condo was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the constant traffic and noise from the highway. Especially at night as bedroom window faced the highway. "

"Beautiful unit with great ocean view and access. Lovely pools (one of which is fine for doing laps). Excellent concierge, who met us at check-in. There was road construction at the traffic circle in San Jose del Cabo which caused long bumper to bumper backups. Check when that will be completed..."

"Yes the beach view was was unobstructed. Great location in the middle of the complex. The deck was wonderful .Pools was clean and very nice.It was nice to have beachfront views from both bedrooms.There were lots of great amenities like washer and dryer, spices in the cupboard, some bottles of water and filtered water, nice appliances like blender, toaster and coffee maker. We would definitely stay again."
