"We were celebrating our anniversary. Resort was amazing. Views are breathtaking. The room was nice. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Lots of pools and pool chairs. Didn’t feel overcrowded. We were not able to swim at the ocean. We were here in August. Due to strong currents and waves. I feel like the advertising should say “swimmable beach during so and so months”. The swimmable beach was the main reason we booked this resort and it was a big disappointment not to be able to swim at the ocean. We also had the last two nights people at the bar were very loud and screaming. I felt like the people at the front desk didn’t give us a good explanation where everything is and how to find places and where to sign up for activities. Overall we had an amazing time and hopefully will be back!"

"First of all let me say that Lorena was the best property concierge!!! She had our grocery list filled and ready for us upon arrival. we had ordered cars and golf carts and they were there and ready to go.lorena showed us around the property and answered all of our questions. She made us feel very welcomed!the villa property is stunning! It had everything you could think of .the kitchen very well appointed! Poolside is exquisite w a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the hills down to the seaAll bathrooms fully equipped !The villa design is beautiful w plenty of room for all of our familyThe staff was there daily to clean and keep the villa pristineThis was one of the best stays we ve ever had!!!Our son got married at QuerenciaTo be able to stay on property and have such luxurious accommodations made it a trip of a lifetime!!!Thank you so much!!"
