"Our room was great although right above the trash area. The view from the room and pool was gorgeous."

"We had an ocean view that was beautiful. The sound of the waves was pretty loud all night. The pool was really nice but getting a lounge chair was challenging. The grounds were landscaped and kept up very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. There was an abundance and variety of food. The onsite restaurants were average to good."

"This hotel was amazing. Staff all were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. They really do treat you like family always with a great attitude. Ismael at the restaurant Panchos was awesome we would always ask for him be the just made us feel comfortable. I do recommend this hotel."

"I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given the hotel multiple chances to make right. Our stay started our great but ended in a near death experience. Our tower caught fire and no alarms went off, thank god for my husbands quick thinking and calmness we evacuated after a super bad electrical fire.sadly the hotel had zero safety precautions in place and if it wasn’t for our own quick thinking we could have died. The hotel offered to comp a couple room charges and send us a couple free nights. Yet management Never followed through or replied to my emails. Never got a free nights or even contacted to see if we were ok afternoon the smoke inhalation.Over all a very scary disappointing experience from a higher end hotel. "

"The pool is old and needs to be upgraded. The pool furniture is old and needs to be repaired or replaced or something more modern."

"Our hosts were WONDERFUL! Thank you Tim and Melissa!This property was truely great for its unobstructed sea views and relaxed, quiet community. The pool was the perfect temp, and the sound of waves crashing ashore put me to sleep every night. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some peace. Its location made catching an uber or cab very easy, and there was a convience store and two restaurants within walking distance. The UV light kitchen water at the property is worth its weight in GOLD. Water can be expensive and inconvenient to haul back to the residence. This upgrade saves time AND money. "

"Several of us got food poisoned Elevator was not working rooms smell modly and when I cook pain they just spray the room with air freshmen. No much activities around the pool"
