"We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay here again."
"We recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience for our group of four—two adults and two little ones (ages 2 and 3). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean the property was and how welcoming both the guests and staff were. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.
The water park was such a fun bonus for the kids. Even though we spent most of our time exploring outside the resort, we made it a point to take the little ones to the water park in the mornings before heading out on evening excursions. They absolutely loved it!
One unexpected highlight was Javier’s. It wasn’t originally on our list of places to try, but after seeing the menu we decided to give it a chance—and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and definitely worth recommending.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This resort truly deserves a 10 out of 10, and we would gladly recommend it to friends and family planning a trip to Cabo."
"Man oh man. This was one of the best resort stays I've ever had. The service was impeccable, the architecture was beyond unique, food was superb, so many different activities in and around the property. Very clean rooms. I would 100% come back. I love it!"
"Half the pool area was under construction. Lots of noise. The pool bar was not operational. What i didnt like was that there was no mentiob of any of this when i was booking my stay. Other than that the resort was great with very friendly staff"
"Location, location, location, perfect view. Access to the beach and the pool were great. Kitchen well stocked with spices, cooking oil etc. And importantly for me they had some coffee filters for the coffee maker. Not something you want to run out an buy if arriving late. "
