"Nice staff. Enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was a real find for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was in great condition - possibly a recent renovation. All rooms have a golf course view. The location is right in the midst of Zona Hotelera with all the resorts. Many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Rooms were small, but comfortable. We will return to this hotel."

"The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance. The lady that ran the games in the pool was a blast and the entertainment in the evenings was fine too. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The room and all common areas were very clean but they're all a bit dated."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The property needs some updating and appears to be older but was clean. The infinity pool was nice but had several large cracks along the edges and was showing its wear. The adult pool was ok but the main pool had very loud music playing most of the day. Our balcony ocean front room was the best part of the stay. The buffet was not appealing and not easy to determine what was actually being served. The signage was not always posted in front of the items. The mexican restaurant was much better than the buffet but you need a reservation. We were offered a complimentary charcuterie tray when we checked in but it did not arrive until the following evening at 6PM and we were checking out the next day. Also, the tray was not covered with plastic wrap, just left in our room with a note. While the gesture was nice I think it should be have delivered earlier in the day to enjoy it and since it was left in our room uncovered it was definitely not something we wanted to eat since it was left uncovered for hours. The kitchen staff should be made aware of this."

"Good location. Walkable to local dining and shops. Nice room, however, we got eaten alive by bugs-assuming mosquitoes. Very expensive for alcoholic beverages and food. Nice pools, beautiful resort, but not all inclusive. Pro tip-stop at Walmart first, but your beer, wine, and spirits. Hotel charges $30 for a glass of wine and/or mixed drinks. "

"The staff was terrific! There could have been a little more music by the pool areas as it was very quiet most of the time. Perhaps though that is the vibe of the property. The restaurants were just ok. Breakfast was pretty standard but the other places were just average. Unfortunately due to events, we were not able to enjoy the rooftop restaurant. However, I will say that our room came with a butler and he was terrific! He helped us with off site reservations and his recommendations were terrific. Love the area though as you can get to restaurants and shopping very easy! The property is definitely very nice! One thing to be aware of, they do host a lot of corporate and wedding events. This is important to know because it affects availability in restaurants, pool areas, and can have fairly loud music until 10-10:30p. If you are ok with that then not an issue - just something to be aware of."
