"Absolutely stunning resort the pictures don’t even do justice. We knew it was huge but getting onto the property it was massive, there were so many pools, so much food, access to the beach. The staff was so friendly and sweet especially the women at the breakfast buffet everyday they welcomed me and my family! Best vacation we’ve had in a long time thank you so much"

"Our room had a musty smell that was not satisfactory resolved when the maintenance cleaned the vents. The phone didn't work to call for room service. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurants were mostly average, not exceptional. The best food was at the wedding reception. We didn't get to the hibachi restaurant. The wait staff by the pool was excellent."

"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. If it’s your first time traveling to Cabo you may think it’s great if you have nothing else to compare it to. I will not return. Service is everything and this place needs to train their employees to make the guests feel welcome and attended to."
