"We had a disturbing experience here. On our last day, apparently while we were at dinner but well after the cleaners had been there, a staff member entered our room and changed the password on our room safe. We had already packed for the night and had closed the closet, so we did not notice until we went to retrieve our passports from the safe in the morning. We notified the front desk and they said "you forgot your password, the manager is the only one that can open it and she gets in at 8:00 AM". We did not forget the password. There was a note from staff on the safe that they had changed the password "because it had been left open". We had pre-arranged transportation to the airport leaving at 7:00 AM, so we had to pay another $110 for a ride to the airport after they finally got it open. This is not a trustworthy establishment. As for the rest of my review, the food was mediocre, the drinks were watered down and had a fake chemical taste, the beers on tap had a sour taste, the floor tiles throughout the resort were treacherously wet and slippery, and the rooms were not regularly cleaned. "

"Staff was amazing at the property, everyone was super welcoming and attended our needs the very best! Property is gorgeous with amazing amenities and views, so worth it, a great place to stay and actually enjoy a vacation!!! Cannot recommend enough! Everything was perfect. "

"Gorgeous rooms, balcony and contents spacious and tranquil, comfy bed, beautiful and spacious washrooms. Pool staff are exceptional, friendly and accommodating. Front desk and breakfast staff at Ledge were not as polite or friendly as the pool staff. "

"Decent service and fair price but not excellent. Very roomy with large living room and great balcony overlooking the ocean and the Arch. High quality and strong air conditioners, but one of the toilets was leaking emanating a smell, and the showers in the bathrooms were very different one with a high flow and one with a very low water flow. For the price I would recommend this place. "

"A perfect getaway for our family.Great location with security and easy access to Cabo downtown and to local shopping. Rooftop deck is great for viewing sunrises and sunsets, and the pool area was well thought out. Would definitely recommend. "
