My concierge Gabriel was so very helpful and kind...Luis at the front desk was welcoming and very kind! I ate at every restaurant and the food was very good and the service exceptional! I will definitely be coming back to the Krystal!"

Service at pools and restaurants were also excellent. The location was great, as many restaurants and experiences were walkable. "

"The property is beautiful and in excellent shape. Customer service is outstanding from every staff member at the hotel. It's a very family oriented hotel and is pretty quiet and calm. There are several restaurants, snack bars, and cafes that offer a variety of dining options that are very good quality. The area where the hotel is located is in the hotel beach zone that is very safe and walkable. Not that you'd need it but there are a couple of grocery superstores nearby for any necessary items. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The most important part to me was the cleanliness of the property. If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"
