"Property was VERY large and fun. The clubs and foam parties were amazing. The walk up to the beach and ocean was amazing. The only issues with most resorts is that the food and drinks (alcohol and non alcoholic) is very sub par . I got so tired of eating the same tasting food. I was so over it. But other than that I would def recommend staying here again"

"We were very happy with our stay at the Krystal Grand. The property is lovely, the rooms clean and comfortable, the pools are great, and the staff are very nice. The beach is lovely for walks but it isn’t swimmable. We loved the sound of the waves crashing onto shore. Several people we met complained about the food. It isn’t bad but it isn’t 5 star dining for sure. Honestly, the prices of the 5 star resorts in the area were significantly more than the rates at the Krystal Grand when we booked and I didn’t expect 5 star dining. It was a good deal and a beautiful place to spend our family vacation."

"The food was amazing! The best food we’ve had at an all inclusive report. No fighting for pool chairs. Very quiet and was not loud at all. Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. It wasn’t busy either so not sure what hmthe issue was. It wasn’t just us having experienced this. All other staff were amazing"

"Property is in very good shape, very clean and modern rooms, pool and other places staff are friendly and efficient. Kid friendly hotel. For an all inclusive resort I always look for a Hard Rock property, the only bad thing at Los Cabos location, now they don't serve natural juices :("
