"This is the first of two times that I have stayed here in the winter. Both times the piles of snow took up several parking spots and made finding parking difficult. Both times I had to park in the next-door restaurants, parking, which is clearly marked so you don’t park there. But I asked the receptionist and she said it would be fine to park there. Since I was leaving in the morning, I knew it would be fine because I came at night after the restaurant was closed. I reserved the last room available and arrived late enough that the restaurant in the hotel was closed. I did not stay in the main building. I had to cross the parking lot and there were about four little rooms back behind the hotel and the next-door restaurant. It gave me a feel like a cabin. The receptionist wasn’t able to give a good description where these rooms were. But once I found it. It was fine. And since there is a McDonald’s right across the street and I came in late, it was great that McDonald’s was open 24 hours. I could not find the towels in the bathroom, because they were hidden behind the door. But the receptionist gave me details when I asked. The shower had one of those rubber mats with suction that I find yucky to share. And the bathroom was less than luxurious. It was subpar. And the towels were thin. I was not told the Wi-Fi password and had to go to reception to ask. The place was good enough that I returned the next time I had to drive through Magog."

"No one was at the reception desk when I arrived. I had to call a phone number to get someone to come down. And the phone number was printed wrong on the sign telling you to call. There was no elevator to get to my room. And I was on the second or third floor. And you had to go through a building to get to the building, my room was in. And they didn’t do a good job of clearing the snow in the parking lot. And it was confusing where you had to park because you’re in an area that also has apartments. The shower and bathroom or tiny. And the towels were black, not dirty, but they were black with some weird decoration on it, but I don’t remember. Just very strange. In the location of the place versus where Apple Maps tells you it is, you will pass it and have to do a U-turn. And it’s not near anything except apartment buildings. No restaurants, no shopping. Not walkable at all. Just a strange little place. But it was cheap. And not a scary location. Good enough to sleep and just leave in the morning. They did have funky art on the wall. That was interesting."

"C’est une emplacement merveilleux et magique on se croire dans un petite village 😃😃😃😃 , vraiment des meilleurs places que j’ai visité , il est complètement familial la salle des jeux est très complète et grande même si elle est à l’intérieur l’aire est fraîche les salles d’entraînement sont petites mais correctes , la picine est vraiment propre et les tourbillons et sauna Wooww vraiment une expérience très satisfaisant , merci beaucoup au personnel aussi ils sont des gens très chaleureux et attentionnés , merci c’était vraiment agréable 😃😃😃, je n’ai pas pris de photos , on a vécu le moment seulement , mais c’est une très belle place, merci beaucoup pour tout"

"Lieu magnifique dans une région chaleureuse! La chambre est très bien décorée et y offre tout ce dont nous aurions besoin (frigo, poêle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, ustensiles, même laveuse-sécheuse). La piscine intérieure-extérieure est vraiment agréable, de même que le jaccuzi. Le service de massothérapie est génial, en regroupant des professionnels sympathiques, attentifs et très doués. Immense salle d'entraînement vitrée avec belle vue. Je recommande fortement! (et faites un arrêt à la maison du bagel, offrant des produits locauaux délicieux et un accueil chaleureux par du personnel dévoués! "

"This stay exceeded our expectations in every way! It was impeccably clean, spacious, and had all of things we could possibly need. Gorgeous rooms and finishes. Great location to restaurants and stores. The gym had all the equipment we needed for our workouts, and though we did not use the hot tubs or sauna this time, we certainly will for future stays! It was a magnificent weekend. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique week-end! "

"The unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, Kuerig was greatly appreciated, WIFI worked well. Parking was just outside the door. Hosts responded to messages quickly. The kitchen was well equipped.We did not tour around the area, as we were attending family functions while in town, so cannot comment on quality/proximity to restaurants, scenic adventures.This unit was located on second level and inside unit, bedrooms located on second floor. Would recommend this property."

"The Oasis was a perfect little cozy spot for my daughter and I. We went to the area to enjoy the spas and this was a perfect location for quick access to two spas. We loved the neighborhood it is nestled in and enjoyed walking around. We are excited to return in the spring or summer to enjoy the lake. The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped but it was fine. From a interior design perspective the decor should be a lake vibe rather than tropical and a rug would add to the coziness between the sofa and TV. Overall we loved it. "
