"Second time staying here. All OK but a little different to the first time. The water stopped working one morning (which I suspect was a hotel wide issue) but no updates provided by the hotel at all and a waiting game for it to come on. Not great when trying to get to meetings. Additionally, the hotel has renovation work taking place and we were not told about this. It can make using the hotel facilities in the day for calls etc problematic especially when they offer business services. "

"All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!! I especially appreciated the prompt response from the hotel as we checked in at 1am and the hotel staffs emailed us replying they were still there.
