We had a loud couple trying to get into our room at 2am and when called the reception which took 10 minutes to answer was told everything is fine and to go back to sleep with no explanation. "The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."
