Nice stay for a family with kids

Good hotel with big sweaming pool pools and awsome aquapark. The kitchen and beverages are nice. Standard rooms could be bigger, and the pool disco sound is way too loud for spectators.

Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made.

lobby large, comfortable -although i booked a family room with sea view, there are no sea view rooms in hotel room air conditioner -elevators are insufficient. shower heads are faulty. buildings are old. wardrobe and hangers are useless. beds are uncomfortable. room cleaning 1 in 2 days. many mosquitoes bar n/a -depressing and dull. can’t see the pool and the outside. concerts, dances and entertainment are aimed for foreigners and are of poor quality drink n/a -all alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks are of poor quality and diluted food morning mince pie -bad. potatoes, pasta, chicken, noodles, pizza and onion rings etc. base for every meal. cakes, desserts and the oils they use are of poor quality landscape n/a -complicated and convoluted beach long and wide beach is clean, tidy and quiet. by far the best of Titreyengöl -sunbeds are plastic but the cushions they put on them are sufficient sea clean -during 10 days of my stay, i didn’t see a day without waves, wind and swell pool pools allocated for adults, children, babies and slides are sufficient -disinfection is insufficient alacarte n/a -cat hair on the chairs. food arrived 1 hour later and wrong. kebab and pistachio baklava were very bad quality disco n/a -insufficient internet, safelock and doc are paid. Turkish coffee is made only in a single bar. hotel’s para boats are very close to the shore and pass quickly, dangerous for swimmers and poses a wave problem. disgusting music they play at full volume.

We both got food poisoning in the last few days. Other than the food which in general for the entire holiday was not very nice the property and hotel was nice. The only down side is the food.

We had a great experience here. Staff was always helpful. The rooms were clean. Wish there was more than just liquid soap for the shower. The grounds were easy to navigate. Good activities. Nice pool for families and excellent water slides. Nice beach area. plenty of loungers. The shops were expensive compared to off-site.

Pegasos World

It is our second time here and we love it. The big downside is the shop by the pool, there are no prices on anything and the man behind the till just charges what he feels like and is very expensive. Pegasos World either need to tell the shop owner to price everything with reasonable prices or get rid of him and his shop and get someone else in before they get too many negative reviews. Anyone going should take pool inflatables etc as they are a rip off. Apart from shop it's a great resort. The shop is letting it down.

Very basic low level All-inclusive

Basic 3-star All-inclusive. Horribly busy. Uncomfortable beds, no service in the room: no shampoo, no vanity kit, barely change of towels, very bad smell in toilet, room full of mosquitoes, & spider. Basic cheap drinks. Bad taste powder coffee & tea bags. They ask money for everything, even a descent coffee or orange juice. We paid too expensive for such a stay, there are much nicer hotels close by for better quality. I will not choose again.

Vi var där sista veckan hotellet var öppet för säsongen. Personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas, men på ett avslappnat sätt. Inga probllen att få ha kvar rummet utan extra betalning. Toppen!

bei der Unterkunft muss man unbedingt drauf achten, dass man Deluxe Zimmer bucht, dann nur diese einem hohen Standard entsprechend und schöne Familienzimmer sind. alle anderen Zimmerkategorien kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen. Alles weitere ist absolut empfehlenswert: Poolanlage ein Traum, das Essen sehr große Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Animationen und Programm erfreuen gestern in jedem Alter. Einzig der Anbieter am Strand für Paras hinlegen, etc. extrem überteuert und unfreundlich! wir hatten wunderschöne zwölf Tage als Familie und kommt definitiv wieder😊

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach wunderbar! Besonders das Essen hat uns begeistert – sehr lecker, frisch und mit viel Auswahl. Auch das Rettungsschwimmer-Team verdient großes Lob: Fırat, Kadir,Hızır,Yunus Emre, Yasin und Süleyman waren immer aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. İrem, Doğa und Sinem haben mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Otelde ikinci kez çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Yine kendimizi her açıdan çok rahat ve keyifli hissettik. Tesis oldukça büyük ama buna rağmen her zaman temizdi. Çok fazla etkinlik ve imkân sunuluyor, bu yüzden sıkılmak neredeyse imkânsız. Animasyon ekibi gayet sempatik ama asla rahatsız edici değil. Blok 3’te zemin katta küçük teraslı bir aile odasında kaldık. Bizim ihtiyaçlarımız için tamamen yeterliydi. Yemek konusunda çok fazla seçenek sunuluyor. Gün boyu ve akşam yemeklerinde yeterince çeşit mevcut. Personel genel olarak çok başarılıydı, fakat özellikle bir kişiyi ayrıca belirtmek isteriz: Sayın *Doğuş Ali Albayrak*. Kendisi her anlamda profesyonelliği, güler yüzü ve yardımseverliğiyle tatilimizi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Her zaman hızlı, dikkatli ve nazik hizmetiyle bizi çok etkiledi.
