Lovely resort, I went with my family, my elderly parents and my 4 siblings and their children too (19 of us in total) had a lovely time. We used the spa (a little expensive), little ones enjoyed the kids entertainment and aqua park and teenagers enjoyed the pool with big slides

Great time

This is the 3rd Kirman we have stayed at over the years and they all have been great. The food was delicious, the hotel very clean, the pool was wonderful, and the train to the beach was very convenient. A 24 hour bar was nice! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Lovely stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful, room is a good size and the all inclusive offer and food is great with a large variety. Only downside is there is no access to an iron in the room and the only way you can iron clothes is through sending items to laundry for a fee which was an inconvenience

Amazing place great for families. If I had to say one bad thing I would say the night entertainment could be a bit better I would give it 4.5 stars. At 11 pm the entertainment ends. Instead, I would suggest they have a live DJ after 11 pm.

Upon arrival the minibar was empty and was only filled once the entire week we stayed there. Only got cleaning of room one time on day 5. Speakers located right next to kids pool area. Too loud overall. Would prefer to drive 20 minutes more to Kirman in Side as service was much better here last year.

The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. A special mention goes to Asli, who works at the lobby bar. She is simply amazing! Her friendliness, attention to detail, and ability to make every guest feel special added so much to our experience. Whether she was serving drinks or just chatting with guests, Asli's warmth and charm created an inviting atmosphere that kept us coming back. Our time at the spa was another highlight, thanks to Eva. She provided an unforgettable experience with her professionalism and calming presence. We felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after each session, and her expertise made the spa a true sanctuary. The reception works very bad.We arrived at 9 a.m and couldn't get our a room until 3 p.m.The man Samir at the reception offered to pay extra money for the view for 10 euros for each day. When we refused, he did not give the room until 3 p.m,although the rooms were ready. The staff is rude and doesn't speack English at all. The food was terrible. It is not tasty, very solted and spicy. Vegetables and fruits are rotten, pasta is cooked in front of you in the same water throughout the day,I mean water doesn't change. There is no beach,really. The hotel is so far from sea. The only one good thing about this hotel is that the hotel is new, it built a year ago. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a 5-star establishment. The cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The elevators were consistently dirty, and my room wasn’t much better – dust in the corners, unclean surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff didn’t replenish basic amenities like toilet paper or toiletries, despite several requests. The food situation was equally disappointing. Dining at the buffet felt like living the same day over and over again – the same bland, unappetizing meals were served each day, with no variety or improvement. The bars were another letdown. Despite having bottles of premium alcohol on display, these were empty, and instead, the cheapest possible alternatives were served. It felt like a bait and switch. The staff also didn’t help improve the atmosphere, as most of them appeared unfriendly and indifferent, rarely offering a smile or making you feel welcome. In general, the entire hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. It certainly doesn’t live up to its supposed 5-star rating, and I cannot recommend it.
