"The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about 5 minutes from the train station and a few minutes from attractions. My room was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. I would have preferred lighter bed linen, than a quilt, but that is a personal presence. I also would have appreciated a complementary bottle of water given the cost of the hotel. "We wanted a hotel near motorway as an easy overnight stop. Unfortunately access to hotel from motorway was more complicated than it looked. Rooms OK, although one door could not be operated by keycard and the aircon could only be operated on/off by switch in fusebox. Dinner no more than OK, breakfast paltry. Generally average service in restaurant. On checkout, hotel's card payment system not functioning so we had to make a separate transfer later"
