"Great front desk staff. Properly maintained well. Pool is excellent. Breakfast can be a little better. This was my third stay there. I don’t recommend the restaurant,so many better local places in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel in Gubbio. Nice garden area and area at the front of the hotel. Staff were very hepful especially Barbara Gambini who emailed us about a purse we lost in Passignano. Thanks. Breakfast buffet with different options."

"In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options. The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas."

"If you book this hotel for the pool, then don’t. The entire time that we were there, the pool did not work. However, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were on a lovely hilltop. Perugia is a great city. I would return to that hotel."
