My only complaint was we were assigned a room that already had been assigned. Thankfully when we walked in and saw the unmade bed and tv on there was nobody in the room or we would have scared each other to death. "A lot of noise from the streets, there was a wedding party and several other events so hotel was more noisy than probably what is normal. Could smell smoking of all types in the hallways and elevator "

"The staff working the desk were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcoming. We checked in late in the evening and the gentleman working made sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered. The rooms needed to be updated, and they could be cleaner, but everything else was fine."
