"The Citizen M hotel had very friendly and helpful staff. It is a bit of a different hotel experience than your typical hotel. Both checkin and checkout are self service, but staff is right there to assist if necessary. My room was very clean and my experience was it was very quiet. "Beautiful Hotel in center of town. We were so pleased with our room with a nice big couch and chairs along with an amazingly comfortable bed and nice shower. We checked in early and were greeted with a smile by Oscar, upgraded room and complimentary drinks. Checking out by Macy was so easy and pleasant too. We’d definitely stay here again😊"
