So kam es, dass mindestens acht Personen sehr knapp mit Taxis zur Vorstellung gebracht werden mussten. Die Taxirechnungen wurden aber anstandslos vom Hotel erstattet "

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly. "The hotel advertises that it has AC but it didn’t work in either of the rooms we had. It was in the 30’s outside and we were able to open a window and somehow, the room was still very hot to sleep in. That would be my only complaint. The hotel is nice and the bed is very comfortable. "

"Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated."
