Restaurant staff was rude upon inquiring about the menu and asking about room service availability. Rooms are dated. No convenience stores near by and no snack items for sale in the lobby. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Near the University

The service at front desk was very good, friendly and helpful, as well as at the breakfast. Sadly my room was not very clean when we arrived and the walls need some maintenance. I was very near the University so it was very good for us the location. Overall was ok, but I was looking for a 4 star hotel and in my opinion this isn't a 4 star as it says here, it is a 3 star hotel.
