"Great location and facility…will stay again! Honestly the only reason I didn’t give facilities rating an excellent mark is because our floor squeaked a lot around the room. That was it though. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Would’ve liked to have had a microwave though. "

"Great location. The staff is highly knowledgeable. The location is quite convenient as Canal Street is at the corner, Bourbon Street is just one block away, and Jackson Square is a few blocks further down. It is easy to walk to and from the hotel. The area is bustling with tourists, and I felt very safe while walking around. There are numerous food options available within a short walking distance."

"The staff from the front desk to the bellmen to the housekeeping team were friendly and consistently went above and beyond this was my 4th stay at thr Omni and i look forward to coming back again! A HUGE THANK YOU to Smiley who went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a balcony room which made our trip extra special and 5 stars and 2 Big thumbs up.
