"This property is very close to shopping and public trasportation. Overall, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. One thing to note is that the rooms were not ready when we checked in. This seems to be an ongoing issue with other guests as well. Checkin time was 4pm but rooms were not ready until 6pm or later. Not sure if this is mismanagement by allowing guests to have late checkouts or understaffing the cleaning crew. This needs to fixed immediately. It is not a good...

"I had a great stay with Oscar and Galina in their main floor guest room. They were very responsive with their communications prior to and during my stay. The room was comfortable and feedback was well received about ways to improve their accommodation. I enjoyed some visiting and sharing stories about their cultural heritage and interests in new ventures. "

"Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. Was getting work done on the property while we had the property until 12. n the email no people that aren’t on the reservation can stay after 9pm.
